Northwest Auto Glass was amazing on so many levels. When my insurance company was making me jump through hoops to honor my glass claim, the employees were so helpful by speaking with them and ensuring that I did in fact consult them as soon as the damage occurred. I am so happy with the work they did. The glass is excellent, they were early for the appointment to replace it. They came to my job site to do the replacement and they were so friendly and professional. I’ll never need to look for another glass company again because I’ll be a customer for life.

Highly recommend using this family-owned business in the greater Tucson area. I had the unfortunate timing of two windshield replacement/repairs within a week, but they were prompt, came to my home to do the fixes, and were kind and professional throughout. I will be using them again in Oro Valley.

North West Glass has always done a professional job and is always on the job when they say they will be there ( no waiting all day ) is always nice!?
